Asset Management Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned asset management professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering multiple naval shipbuilding and sustainment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in asset management across the organization, ensuring alignment with industry standards and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure consistent application of the Asset Management Framework across all levels of the organization and supporting partners, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Promote collaboration across the organization to support integrated asset management practices and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance Asset Management Plans, processes, and systems to support lifecycle management across the shipbuilding value chain.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in asset management roles.
  • Relevant qualifications in a field such as asset management, maintenance management, or engineering.
  • CAAM Accreditation is highly desirable.
