Join our In-Home Support Team

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Worker to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional support services to individuals in their own homes.

Your role will involve delivering personalized care and support to participants with varying needs, including assistance with daily living skills, social participation, personal care, and domestic support.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a person-centred approach when working with participants to promote independence and maximize choice and control
  • Ensuring accurate records of service delivery activities
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Disability Support Worker and hold a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Certificate 4 in Disability.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $40.85 per hour, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work collaboratively with our home care team.
