We are seeking a Law Graduate to join our team in Brisbane.

This role offers hands-on experience in medico-legal law and the opportunity to launch your legal career with Avant Law.

  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on drafting and assisting with legal research and case preparation, drafting legal documents such as briefs, memos, and contracts, conducting legal research and analysis, reviewing and summarising case files and legal materials, attending client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings, and providing administrative support and managing case files.

About This Role

The ideal candidate will be a recent law graduate holding a Bachelor of Laws and eligible for admission as a solicitor in the relevant jurisdiction. They will be driven, ambitious, and an excellent communicator with proven written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, tech-savvy, and comfortable with electronic document management systems. An interest in the healthcare sector and medico-legal law is highly desirable.
