Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service standards and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Unload and store heavy and light timbers and building materials safely and efficiently.
  • Pick orders and assist with counter sales transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on products and resolve escalated queries in a professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector.
  • A valid forklift license or ability to attain prior to start.
  • A manual driver's license.
  • Self-motivation and strong team focus.
