About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable lifeguards to join our team at the Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Lidcombe, NSW. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment around our pools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of our patrons
  • Monitor and maintain the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with patrons and colleagues to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
