Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or a relevant field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience coordinating small teams or committees
  • Prior experience in accreditation and/or regulatory/compliance activities
  • Experience managing projects and change
  • Prior experience interpreting policies and procedures and/or codes and standards
  • An understanding of the relationship between regulation and delivery of safe and effective child and family services
