Job Overview

A seasoned IT professional is sought after to fill a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive recent experience with D365 CE, as well as familiarity with previous on-premise versions.

About You

The successful individual will be someone who is comfortable working away from code, understanding the distinction between a consultant and developer. A strong track record of capabilities in this capacity is essential for delivering complex outcomes for medium to large-scale public and private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase extensive experience with D365 CE and previous Dynamics CRM versions.
  • Have solid knowledge of application areas including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing, with Field Service and Power Apps Portal experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate strong development skills with Microsoft technologies such as .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS, and Azure technologies, with Kingsway Soft and Scribe experience highly desirable.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of data migration methods.
  • Develop an advanced understanding of integration concepts.
  • Have experience across typical delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly ability to contribute actively in customer workshops. Establishing rapport with business and technical customers is crucial.
  • Gather technical requirements, produce quality technical designs within Dynamics 365 and integrated business platforms.
  • Manage time effectively in self-driven agile environments.
