Provide Exceptional Customer Service

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, taking their orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare food according to Burger Urge standards and recipes, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens, to ensure efficient food preparation.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure orders are prepared correctly and quickly.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with Burger Urge policies, procedures, and menu items to provide the best customer experience.
