Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our commercial services division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our retail partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning key account relationships from buying teams and marketing through to executive engagement
  • Leading the extended Amazon Devices team into key accounts, including product management, channel marketing, program management, supply and in-stock, finance and leadership
  • Developing new opportunities to sell and promote Amazon devices within existing retail accounts, through cross-category promotions with 3P brands, and with new channel partners
  • Managing channel inventory through forecasting, allocations and shipment plans to meet sales targets, partnering closely with your In-stock Manager
  • Leading internal and external business reviews covering operational performance, strategic initiatives and alignment on new opportunities
  • Optimizing allocation of marketing development funds to drive mutual value and growth
  • Working closely with your Retail Program Manager to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Applying strong analytical skills to develop and convert data insights into growth
  • Managing the Field Marketing budgets and the agency relationship, owning day-to-day engagement with the external field sales agency
  • Developing, executing and iterating the education and learning roadmap for agencies, distributors and retail partners
  • In collaboration with the Channel Marketing Manager, using insights, analytics and business acumen to establish review and tracking mechanisms that continuously trial and implement learnings to optimize in-store customer experience

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Quicksight/Power BI reporting dashboards
  • Bachelor's Degree
