About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team in a residential setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower young people to make informed life choices and develop positive relationships
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines, including medication administration
  • Engage and communicate effectively with young people, promoting a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist with domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Implement behavior support plans and maintain accurate daily shift notes

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children's Check (WA395 check)
  • 6 months of paid and recent experience as a Youth Support Worker in a residential setting
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Medicare Evidence of 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Full NSW Driver's Licence
