Funeral Service Coordinator

We are a leading funeral services provider with a strong presence in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our funeral operations by delivering exceptional service and expertise in the preparation and presentation of deceased individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present deceased persons in accordance with best practice and InvoCare standards
  • Assist in encoffining and presenting deceased individuals to meet special family requests
  • Collaborate with Embalmers as needed to ensure high-quality services
  • Maintain accurate mortuary registration and checking procedures
  • Clean and sterilise mortuary facilities and equipment to the highest standards
  • Provide coffin/casket trimming and engraving services
  • Monitor daily workflow to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage stock levels and prepare orders in a timely manner
About You:
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and can work autonomously or as part of a team
  • You hold a current unrestricted driver's license
  • Prior experience in mortuary operations and completion of a Mortuary Technician course are highly desirable
  • You communicate effectively and have physical and psychological health suitable for the role
  • You are comfortable working with grieving families and deceased individuals
  • You demonstrate attention to detail and direction
