About the Role

This is a leadership position within our national team, responsible for planning and delivering hydraulic systems for data centres and other critical projects.

You'll take a key role in ensuring technical quality, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to project delivery across complex projects.

About You/Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in hydraulic services design, with proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, and WSUD principles.
  • Expertise in hydraulic services delivery for mission-critical or large-scale complex projects.
  • Confident client engagement, coordination, and project delivery from early design through to construction completion.
  • Strong portfolio of work across mission critical, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale projects.
  • Passionate about sustainability, with experience integrating water-saving initiatives and green building practices into designs.
  • Clear communication skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration as a design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
