Key Logistics Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Key Logistics Position. This role will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments, ensuring timely processing and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments.">
  • Audit and accurately enter data for orders, receipts, and consignments using internal systems.">
  • Generate and manage shipping documentation including labels, packing lists, and consignment notes.">
  • Support inventory control through stock counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliations.">
  • Liaise with carriers for freight bookings, monitor delivery performance, and resolve transport-related issues.">
  • Prepare and process customer invoicing and billing documentation in line with account requirements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in logistics or supply chain coordination with strong operational understanding.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experienced in warehouse systems like SAP or CargoWise One.">
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.">
