About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Office Operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Melbourne office.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing our mail room, providing administrative support, and performing facilities maintenance duties. You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as logging courier requests and managing security cards.
You will also be responsible for document production, including copying, scanning, printing, and binding documents. Additionally, you will assist with archiving, stationery management, and visitor desk setup.
As an ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a print and/or mailroom environment, and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Mailroom services: receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Courier management: log requests and receive in-bound items
- Document production: copying, scanning, printing, and binding
- Archiving and storage
- Stationery management
- Facilities maintenance: general upkeep and repairs
- Security card management
- Visitor desk setup and management
- Assist Guest Services with meeting room setup
