We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating daily administrative tasks and welcoming visitors with a warm smile.

In a bustling environment, you will leverage your exceptional organizational skills and customer service expertise to provide top-notch support to our dedicated service team. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Welcoming Guests: Be the friendly face of our organization by greeting visitors and managing phone/email inquiries.
  2. Administrative Excellence: Handle essential tasks such as filing, records management, and providing administrative support to our local team.
  3. Financial Management: Responsible for processing invoices, assisting with debtor management, as well as assisting with petty cash, corporate card transactions, and reconciliations for our clients.
  4. Other Tasks: Liaising with external and internal stakeholders and assisting with fleet management.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We need someone who is bubbly, organized, accurate, and has excellent communication skills. You should have experience in a similar role, strong computer proficiency, and familiarity with database systems and financial/records management.
