Job Description

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting complex vascular procedures in our advanced hybrid operating theatres. You will work alongside expert surgeons to maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, anticipating surgical needs, and actively contributing to team-based care. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety throughout the perioperative process.

Our high-performing perioperative team is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for our patients. As a valued member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a scrub/scout within hybrid vascular surgeries
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • An elevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time role, Monday – Friday
  • Ability to participate in the on-call roster as required
