Job Description

A seasoned pharmacist is required to lead our pharmacy team in Rockhampton. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in managing teams, and a strong passion for delivering professional pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert medication advice to the local community
  • Develop and implement vaccination programs, DAA provision, and other PPA services
  • Dispense and counsel patients effectively
  • Lead and support the Pharmacy team, including Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants

Requirements:

  • Certified Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
  • Pharmacist vaccinator certification or willingness to obtain, along with current first aid and CPR training
  • Proven ability in people management within a community pharmacy setting
  • Clear and friendly communication style
  • Experience with various professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations, or willingness to be trained
