We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Inventory Management Coordinator. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join our team and take on new challenges.

Your New Role
  • Assist internal stakeholders with order fulfilments, picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch or collection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction by offering product information and responding to enquiries.
  • Process and manage returns and exchanges with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage warehouse inventory systems and functions, including stocktaking, to ensure accurate stock levels meet organisational requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks relevant to the role.
  • Arrange fleet hires for internal and externally owned vehicles.
  • Maintain depot facilities, grounds, security procedures, plant, equipment and tools.
Key Requirements
  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • General Construction Induction Training Card.
  • National Certificate of Competency Forklift (Class LF).
  • Front End Loader Certificate (Class LL).
  • Conduct Telescopic Materials Handler Operations (RIIHAN309F).
  • AQF Chemical Safety Certificate (Desirable).
