Job Title: Locum Hospital Social Worker

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to fill a short-term contract position in Mount Isa, Queensland. As a locum hospital social worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality services to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with senior social workers to cover Maternal Health and Renal workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Social Worker with more than 3 years of experience.
  • Recent hospital experience is essential.
  • Child protection and domestic violence experience is highly desirable.
