Job Title: Infrastructure Services Coordinator
This role is responsible for providing expert advice and consultancy services to schools, senior management, staff, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality facilities advice and consultancy services.
- Coordinate projects and ensure that schools and educational facilities receive the necessary infrastructure support.
- Collaborate across teams and agencies to provide field-based facility support services.
- Prepare reports, briefing materials, and ministerial responses.
- Manage and monitor delivery of capital works, maintenance, and facilities services.
- Advise senior officers on facilities planning and asset management matters.
- Conduct operational audits of physical assets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in facilities planning, asset management, or infrastructure delivery within a complex organization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in managing projects to scope, budget, and timeframes.
- High-level written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
