  • Experience in open-source projects and initiatives will be highly valued as we continue to push the boundaries of GovTech globally.

Strong understanding of architectural trade-offs, security mindset, and expertise in designing and architecting high-quality, scalable software systems are essential.

You will work closely with Engineering Leaders to define engineering culture and strategy, drive innovation, and provide technical leadership across 24 engineering teams.

A proven track record of problem-solving, strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills are necessary for success.
