**Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professional**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide high-level patient care in our Surgical Ward.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commitment to quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide patient care that meets all patient needs and ensures procedures are carried out safely
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain expertise
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction
- Relevant skills for the Surgical ward, including flexibility and adaptability
