Job Overview


Seeking an accomplished solicitor to join our expanding workers' compensation team.

A prominent commercial law firm is recruiting a solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to contribute to the growth and development of their practice.


Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of workplace injuries, including major and minor orthopaedic, neurological, and strain injuries, as well as brain injury, catastrophic multi-injuries, exposure to hazardous substances, psychological injury, and stress claims.

  • Develop and implement strategies for client satisfaction and high-quality legal services.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and business development activities to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of the practice.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • At least 2 years of PQE, including defendant experience within a reputable practice.
  • Experience advising on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.
  • Strong litigation and research skills.
  • A willingness to participate in knowledge sharing and business development to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of the practice.
  • A desire to grow and develop with the team and build client relationships.
