Regulatory Affairs Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a regulatory affairs professional to support our business with monitoring regulatory changes in the managed funds and superannuation sectors, and to advise on the impact to our business and its clients.

This role involves preparing regulatory updates and briefings for Boards, Committees, clients and senior stakeholders; supporting responses to regulatory notices and requests; assisting with APRA and ASIC interactions; contributing from a regulatory perspective across internal projects and initiatives; and identifying opportunities to uplift governance and compliance frameworks.

About the Role
  • Monitor regulatory changes in the managed funds and superannuation sectors and provide advice on their impact to our business and its clients
  • Prepare regulatory updates and briefings for Boards, Committees, clients and senior stakeholders
  • Support responses to regulatory notices and requests
  • Assist with APRA and ASIC interactions
  • Contribute from a regulatory perspective across internal projects and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our governance and compliance frameworks
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in legal, regulatory or governance-related roles, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach with confidence to work across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
