Southern Cross Care is committed to providing exceptional care that empowers older people to live a full life. As a not-for-profit aged care provider, we're able to invest in providing an exceptional experience to our clients as well as support and develop our frontline staff to achieve this.

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-orientated person with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our vibrant care teams at our residential homes as a Mobility Officer.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exercise and wellness programs for residents under supervision of Physiotherapist.
  • Work closely in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and communicating appropriately with team members to deliver best care.
  • Implement resident treatment plans with guidance from the Physiotherapist including one-on-one therapy, exercise classes and groups sessions.

  • Deliver exercise and reablement programs for residents.
