About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our assets, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee preventative maintenance plans.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with CBIS leadership to enhance contract management processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of contract management, facilities maintenance, asset management, and building principles and standards.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage contractual investigations and provide insights for commercial decision-making.

  • A competitive salary range AU$131,113 - AU$153,639 plus up to 15.4% superannuation.
