Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our corporate affairs initiatives in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our corporate reputation, regional communications strategy, and patient engagement agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that elevate our corporate narrative and support access, innovation, and impact across JAPAC and new markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with patient organisations, advocacy leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders to shape our communications and ensure the patient voice is meaningfully embedded in strategy.
  • Lead corporate affairs planning for business expansions, new market entries, and regional campaigns—ensuring messaging coherence across countries with varying healthcare systems.
  • Partner with leadership to build thought leadership platforms, including content development and external engagement opportunities.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare communications.
