Cafe Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy cafe in Greensborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing stock, staff, and customer service, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a cafe management position and possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. They must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock ordering and inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate staff duties
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement

Requirements:
