About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Toowoomba on a Casual basis. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including working autonomously and collaboratively, possessing a sound knowledge of medical imaging and general nursing, and applying critical thinking to formalize care plans. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure the RN has the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
About You- Full Registered Nurse AHPRA registration is required, with no limitations or restrictions
- 2 years minimum Radiology nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills with sound decision making under pressure
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Peripheral intravenous cannulation skills desirable (training provided)
- Current basic life support / advanced life support certification required
