Role Overview
Our Senior Accountants play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will engage with clients on a daily basis, utilizing your expertise to address their challenges and enhance their operations.

Having a diverse background in accounting is essential, along with strong communication and time management skills. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks efficiently, supported by our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client management and communication.
  • Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals and small to medium enterprises.
  • Advising on various business structures.
  • Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS).
  • Interaction with the ATO.
  • Budgeting and cash flow management for businesses.
  • Conducting business benchmarking.
  • Handling additional ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Australian tax and business services (mandatory).
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting.
  • Completion or progress towards CA/CPA.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
  • Direct client interaction experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Australian taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in Xero/MYOB and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
