About the Role
This is a critical partnering role between Imperial Brands and a major retailer to take charge of replenishment activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a robust replenishment plan to be used by IBA to execute various events and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform replenishment planning activity, identify, evaluate, develop customer stock levels and take ownership of stock requirements through stock analysis.
- Ensure service levels are optimised and joint business KPI's are met.
- Validate logistics and commercial operations are on track.
- Optimise inventory levels focusing on delivering positive service outcomes.
- Safeguard step-by-step actions with clear assigned owners and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
Work in conjunction with key stakeholders to align expectations on replenishment plans. You will be comfortable networking with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders and will build and sustain key working relationships.
Continuous Improvement
Determine incremental gains for creating efficiencies to product flow & on-shelf availability. Facilitate supplier collaboration meetings with stakeholders and drive meeting outcomes.
Advocacy
Drive high performing expectations amongst stakeholders by representing the customer in all situations. Train and educate internal groups for increased awareness of retailer expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain and/or Business related discipline.
- Problem solving ability & commercial capability to understand the impact of decision making.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Curiosity to question and the courage to answer. Passion, positivity, and flexibility.
- Work in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
- Deadline driven and maintain strong working relationships to influence outcomes.
