Therapist Position Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a Therapist position in our organization. This role involves providing person and family-centred intervention and support for children and young people with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with children, young people, and their families to set goals and develop strategies for improving their quality of life

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs
  • Strong background in using person and family-centred approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
