We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a Therapist position in our organization. This role involves providing person and family-centred intervention and support for children and young people with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, with experience working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, using a strength-based approach to empower clients and their families.

About the RoleThis Therapist role involves working alongside children, young people, and their families to set goals, develop strategies, and implement interventions to improve their quality of life. The successful candidate will have expertise in areas such as self-care, sensory processing, motor skills, emotional regulation, and inclusion in activities and settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. They will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities- Work with children, young people, and their families to set goals and develop strategies for improving their quality of life
- Provide person and family-centred intervention and support to empower clients and their families
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes and goals
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the delivery of high-quality services
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration
- Minimum 2+ years' experience working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs
- Strong background in using person and family-centred approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
