We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and work in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for executing aircraft maintenance tasks, working closely with a team of experienced engineers and technicians. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various aircraft types and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities on aircraft, including inspection, repair, and replacement of components.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Analyze problems and implement solutions to improve processes and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Aeroskills (Avionics, Mechanical, or Structures)
  • Able to meet near vision and colour perception requirements of EN4179
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing applications in aviation and how they are applied within the DASR 145 regulatory framework

Security Clearance:

You must be an Australian citizen and able to meet Defence security requirements. You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a Government security clearance sponsored by BDA.
