Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. They will be proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
In this exciting opportunity, you will assist in recruitment processes, coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, and support HR initiatives and projects. You will also handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Manage employee records, process documentation, and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and training activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software, such as HRIS and ATS.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and within a team.
