We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. This role is perfect for individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work with children, families, and colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment. As an Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging early learning programs that cater to the needs of our children. You will also contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum and participate in ongoing professional development programs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices and thinking in early years education.
- Child Learning and Development: Document and share with families the progress and achievements of their children in a meaningful way.
- Curriculum Implementation: Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular professional learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards), prior experience in long day-care, sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF, and a current Working with Children's Check.
