Forensic Data Analyst - Shape the Future of Data Analysis

We are seeking a skilled data expert to join our Forensic Data Analytics team. As a key member, you will work on complex data-driven projects, using advanced tools and techniques to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize market-leading data analytics tools to generate insights and support fraud investigations, disputes, and regulatory compliance challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forensic procedures and define measurable data metrics.
  • Extract, validate, transform, and load high-volume structured and unstructured data from multiple sources for deeper analysis.
  • Develop algorithms, data mining, and data analytic solutions to detect fraud, bribery, and corruption, irregular financial transactions, and anomalous employee behavior.
  • Support senior team members in the preparation and presentation of client deliverables, including visualisation software to clearly present analysis findings.
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams across various industries, using analytics to transform and improve client businesses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation languages such as SQL, statistical techniques, and analytical tools like Alteryx, Python, R, or similar packages.
  • Ability to hypothesise, analyse, and draw conclusions from financial and operational data.
