About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential building repair projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to coordinate repairs, manage budgets, and provide updates on project progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects
  • Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to coordinate repairs
  • Oversee trade activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Provide timely updates on project progress and budget management

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Certificate IV in Building and Construction
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and OHS standards
  • Previous experience supervising multi-trade construction sites
  • Computer literacy, with previous experience using estimating/project management software preferred

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of $100,000-$105,000, inclusive of superannuation, company vehicle, fuel card, and full training provided.
