Key Role:

We are seeking a seasoned content strategist to spearhead our influencer and PR efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing impactful campaigns that drive engagement and build strong relationships with key brands.

  • Build and maintain a robust network of trusted content creators.
  • Oversee campaign briefs, communication, timelines, usage rights, and approvals.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships with talent and partners.

Campaign Development:

  • Collaborate with parenting and lifestyle brands to craft tailored influencer campaigns.
  • Match brands with creators who align with their values and audience demographics.
  • Oversee campaign execution, reporting, and results analysis.
  • Develop and execute strategic influencer and PR plans for product launches and campaigns.
  • Build and leverage media lists, nurture industry relationships, and secure relevant coverage.
  • Support the team in generating buzz around key projects and events.
  • Stay abreast of social, content, and parenting trends to inform strategy.
  • Bring innovative ideas for formats like Reels, user-generated content, and TikTok-style storytelling.
  • Test, refine, and ensure we stay ahead of the curve in terms of content and marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a social/content agency.
  • Proven ability to brief creators, negotiate usage rights, and deliver high-performing content.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fresh perspectives and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Bonus points if you have expertise in the parenting, baby, or lifestyle industry.
