Our organization is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining secure Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI. You will also implement and manage containerised solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible and scripting languages such as Python and Bash. Additionally, you will integrate security tooling and practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including tools like SonarQube, Grype and JFrog Xray. Furthermore, you will monitor system health and performance using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and the Elastic Stack (ELK). You will also apply security best practices in line with the ASD Essential Eight and the Information Security Manual (ISM).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of containerisation
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and threat modelling practices
