Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Wholesale Coordinator to support our business in achieving revenue targets across key channels.

A Day in the Life:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide day-to-day support to frontline agents as required
  • Conduct sales training for ITG product types
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to track performance
  • Resolve customer and agent issues to ensure SLAs and expectations are met

Key Qualifications:

  • Well-versed in one of ITG's product verticals (Escapes, Cruise and Touring)
  • In-depth expertise in at least one of ITG's business systems (HQ, Explorer & Travel Tek)
  • Advanced knowledge of Flight Centre Travel Group's structure
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and develop strong relations
  • Analytical skills to identify key issues, interpret and extract trends from data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
