Green Space Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage a team of gardeners responsible for maintaining and enhancing various green spaces. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Supervise a team of gardeners to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
- Lead by example, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Team Leadership: Direct and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain mowing equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.
- Safety Procedures: Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Experience with gardening tools such as push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control, and spraying equipment.
- Valid manual driver's license.
- White Card certification.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team or individually.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
