Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the performance and management of assigned stores.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate store operations, allocate resources effectively, and oversee staff management.
  • Lead regular discussions with store managers to share knowledge, set priorities, and monitor progress.
  • Support store managers in rostering staff, training, development, donations management, volunteer coordination, local marketing, store sales, and seasonal promotions.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth to store managers to optimize team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to retail standard operating procedures and effective application of store manager delegations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stores are properly resourced and supported.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team across area stores to achieve goals, KPIs, and profit targets.
  • Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive stores and manage controllable costs within guidelines to maximize profit.
  • Promote efficient sharing of resources, staff, and stock to operate at optimal efficiency.
  • Establish a culture focused on empowering and supporting retail team members to develop and achieve their employment goals.
  • Implement top-tier customer service standards consistent across stores to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Contribute to annual budget preparation.
  • Take responsibility for projects including new store openings with respect to planning, coordination, implementation, and administration.
  • Maintain visual merchandising excellence to ensure stores reflect the brand vision.
  • Oversee stock management and rotation in stores to maximize sales opportunities based on client demographics.
