Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on compliance matters to various business units and support projects involving regulatory obligations and customer experience.
- Review marketing materials and customer communications to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Manage incidents related to consumer credit and privacy regulations.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong knowledge of financial services regulations, and experience in preparing internal and external reports.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in providing compliance advice on regulatory frameworks for financial services firms is required.
