About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator / Licensed Order Picker to join our team at a busy cold storage warehouse in Wacol. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking of orders for our esteemed food manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate LF forklifts and LO order pickers to pick orders accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize EPJ's and RF Scanners to facilitate order picking processes
  • Work in a cold storage FMCG environment while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in pre-employment screening as required
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid LF forklift license (essential)
  • LO order picker ticket advantageous but not required
  • Previous experience working in a cold storage FMCG environment is highly desirable
  • FULL Unlimited working rights in Australia
  • Valid driver's license (Learner's Permit not accepted) and access to reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work casual shifts Monday to Friday
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to meeting job requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
