Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and capable Fleet Allocator to join our team in head office. This is an opportunity to work with a market leading food company operating in various countries.

  • Promote a safe, positive work environment and maintain alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure key service objectives and KPI's are met.
  • Utilise company assets and contractors in a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage customer relations.
  • Ensure all legislative requirements are met.

About You:

  • Sound knowledge of transport systems.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment to achieve the overall objectives of the business.
  • Good understanding of transport regulations including fatigue, chain of responsibility and mass and maintenance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic with a demonstrated focus on system improvement.

We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to prioritise tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
