- Stock Management: Effectively manage stock arrivals and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and warehouse teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a trade, retail, or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects (in excess of 25kg) and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
