Good news, we're looking for Seasonal Casual Sales Assistants to join our passionate team.

Please note these are fixed term casual roles from the start of our busy holiday period until early January the following year.

Job Description:

Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.

Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.

Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.

Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following our safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Acts with the customer in mind.
  • Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and ready to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
