Construction Project Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction project lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading civil construction projects, with expertise in subdivision developments, bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience as a project lead or foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • A valid Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) and current Driver Licence
  • Variety of plant machinery tickets is highly regarded
  • A strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards, with the ability to implement and maintain them
