About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a support professional for our Director and senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support, ensuring the smooth operation of our Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director and Managers, including diary coordination, procurement and finance processes, travel arrangements, and preparation of correspondence and reports.
Establish and maintain systems, tools, and processes that support the efficient operation of the Directorate.
Utilize Microsoft Suite software to perform tasks, including Power BI.
Monitor and manage correspondence, workflow tracking, and reporting activities.
Independently drive forward operational tasks and process improvements.
Support planning, project tracking, and performance reporting across the Directorate.
Coordinate meetings, briefings, and governance activities, providing secretariate support as needed.
Manage accurate records and databases, complying with administrative systems and policies.
Collaborate with other teams, ensuring consistency in administrative processes across the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual with strong initiative and problem-solving skills. You should have experience working independently, adapting to changing priorities, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
A background or interest in research and insights, data, regulatory intelligence, technology, or health and safety would be beneficial.
Qualifications and/or experience in administration or a relevant field, as well as transferable skills, are desirable.
