Brandt is a dynamic and diverse group of companies across Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Ballarat, reporting to the VP of Finance.
The successful candidate will oversee MRO procurement in both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that Brandt achieves best value in terms of price, quality, reliability, and delivery in all transactions.
This role involves considerable interaction with various business segments that Brandt operates. The individual we're looking for will have built a career around understanding the numerous elements involved in the purchase of contract services and consumables.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversight of MRO procurement in Australia and New Zealand
- Ensure best value in terms of price, quality, reliability, and delivery
- Collaborate with various business segments
- Leverage strategic relationships to drive value
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 or more years of MRO procurement experience
- Expertise in strategic purchasing of various commodities related to maintenance, repair, and operations
- Experience with RFPs, purchase and service contracts, including those in the construction industry
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive experience in ERP systems, and working knowledge of MS Office software, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
